For this reason we believe that the leader must continually attend therapy to achieve goals.
In that order of ideas among the projects and strategies that we handle as a church we apply the therapy in our leaders, because, we consider that the leader has to be constantly formed physically, socially and spiritually.
In this case we maintain a continuous preparation in them with people trained to carry out our goal.
We understand that leadership is a process of influence in the Christian people and in the world, that is to say, between leader and followers whose purpose is to influence groups, organization, and society assuming that the church is an organization with determined ends in the

¿What is therapy for leaders?
The therapy for leaders is the care treatment that is applied to a group of people where they discuss and tell experiences under the guidance of the therapist, focused on teaching and treating various situations and face the appropriate treatment in itself.
The leader must be healthy of any malaise or spiritual illness to be able to clean up the group that corresponds to lead.
For example, at this time we are doing "therapy for leaders" in the pedagogical and educational part, because we also believe that the leader must have a preparation based on the word of God, so as not to err.
This "therapy helps us interpersonally, because we also socialize and support each other.

Remember that Jesus said "my people perish for lack of knowledge", we must be prepared as to the word of God, deepen and scrutinize the scriptures, because the goal of spiritual leadership is that they come to know God and glorify Him in everything what they do.

The Christian leader to lead must be in permanent study and in prayer, to seek the direction of the Holy Spirit.
Our mission is to develop people instead of dictating plans. Spiritual leadership does not aim so much to direct them but to change them, since our ultimate goal is that others may come to glorify God.
