A dying soldier asked a chaplain (a pastor) to write to his former Sunday school teacher: *"Tell her that I am a Christian because of what she taught me in Sunday school. She is my mother in the Lord and I pray my heavenly mansion would be near hers
He sent the message and received the following reply:
Last month, I resigned my Sunday school class for I felt my teachings had been fruitless. Then came your message. May God forgive me for my impatience and lack of faith. I will ask my pastor to let me teach again and I promise by God's grace not to quit again I nearly miss my reward. Thank you.
Dear child of God, The Holy Spirit loudly declaring to you through this post that quitters do not win and winners do not quit! In whatever you are doing at whatever your location is, never look back and refuse to grow weary. He is your elder brother-Jesus Christ. You can never lose this game of life. An ancient proverb says: He begins to die who quit his desire midway. Don't resign your faith in God now. Never quit now!

Your publication has touched my heart, many times we think that we can no longer or maybe we no longer serve for God, but we are really in a test of life and whenever I come out of the most distressing pressures and strong storms I come out with more faith and firmness, God is so wonderful that as a Father he disciplines us because he loves us.
