That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection....................., but have we yet known Him?
BUT KNOW WHO IF I MUST ASK?
It keeps me wondering most time why Paul Apostle made this statement in the Scripture. What did happen to prompt him to say this? As in, was he not satisfied with the first encounter he had during his conversion from Saul to Paul?

I guess that your guess may be as right as mine. It's indeed an issue of concern to us as Christians. Even Christ Himself is worried because many are yet to come to the the Revelational Knowledge of Christ Jesus. Hence he said in Matthew that:
21.Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22.Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23.And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. Matthew 7:21-23 King James Version (KJV)
The truth which ought to be told like I am doing right know is that our Christian race doesn't end by our accepting of Christ Jesus into our lives. We need explore the power and the wholesomeness of God. Don't know about you but as for me, I want to know where he is taking me to. I want to enjoy the closeness of my Father. Our prayers as Christian should be centred on knowing Him, the suffering on the cross.
I want to know Him well so that I can tell everybody about Him. I want to have deep intimacy with Him. I want to know the deep intimacy about Him. If possible publish a book about Him. O hallelujah, laba sha baa laka ja. O Glory to God. He is a good, caring and father. He has power to keep and uphold me. He has good thoughts about me. Jeremiah For I know the thoughts I think towards you.
David the Psalmist says in Psalm 121- He that watcheth over Israel does not sleep or slumber.

Indeed, there is no God or father like Jehovah. When we sleep and snore, he watches us. Jesus says, I’m going back to my father. My Joy in this life is that I have a Father all powerful all knowing, He’s everywhere at every time trying to do good to all. God has been giving us opportunity as His children through this post to have an encounter with Him but we’ve turn it round and think that it's not important cause we are too busy with life which itself is vanity.

Abraham in Genesis 26 or 28, God gave Isaac the opportunity to know Him when he was about being slain by Abraham his father but God said do not touch this child. Isaac of course might have heard of Him. God was looking for a way to establish His covenant. Similarly, let us come to the full understanding that some of the things we face as problems in life is not a problem but rather an opportunity to establish a covenant of relationship with Him.
So my question today is do you know Him? If not are you ready to know Him? If you've known Him, then how much of Him do you know and are you satisfied with what you've known about Christ Jesus.
My earnest desire is that men should come to the full understanding of God and His Dear son Christ Jesus. God bless you all.
