HOW IT WORKS?

Example:
Person A upvotes this post with 100% power which is worth 0.5$
Person B upvotes with 50% power worth 0.2$
Person C upvotes with 100% worth 0.15$
Person D 25% power worth 0.15$

Total post value = 1.00$

1.00$ - 25% (curation) = 0.75$
As all the posts will be 50/50: Payout: 0.75$/2= 0.375 SBD
Person A gets: 0.1875 SBD (his vote was worth 50% of prize pool)
B: 0.075 SBD
C and D: 0.056 SBD

All payments are made after payouts (7 days)
