10 Ideas on how to sleep better.

  1. Develop a sleep routine
  2. Avoid afternoon and evening coffee.
  3. Use comfortable pillows
  4. Warm bath or shower in the evening
  5. Change sleeping positions
  6. Reduce or cut exposure to tv, phones an hour before sleep
  7. Don't go to sleep with full stomach
  8. Avoid drinking any liquids before bedtime
  9. Set your phone on silent to not be disturbed during the night
  10. To stick to sleeping schedule, if you feel tired during the day, have a 10-15min nap and wake up immediately afterwards.
