I took the liberty to assume that the coefficient start with 12 at the top (Germany) and decreases down the list to 1 for Australia. Is this a correct assumption?
I wrote it bad, edit this? or write agian?
Maybe frozen Russia will reduce the number of goals :-P
If I can assume that 1 = 12 and 2 = 11 and so, there is no need to edit it! This comment and your approval will prove that you did mean it like that :)
