Can I transfer Steemit SAVINGS back to Steem Dollars (SBD) ?

I want to know if I can transfer SAVINGS back into Steem Dollars (SBD) or STEEM ?

I am new here and I transferred some of my STEEM to my savings (by mistake).
I actually wanted to transfer them to SBD.

Is there any way to transfer back to SBD (rather than withdrawing) ?

      Same thing has just happened to me , i think withdrawing them to your account is the solution, i did it and it says 3 days will take for it. Lets see.
