Santa Contest ...(5sbd (or more) Reward pool
It's Christmas time again and the cheer is in the air. I'm feeling really generous and want to give out about 5sbd or more to some lucky steemians. Almost every or everyone who participates will get something and all you have to do is really easy.
you can either directly submit your entry in the comments or make a post of your own using the tag #santacontest and submit the link in the comments
The contest runs until 30th December and the result will be announced on or before new years eve. However, entries that come in before tomorrow (the 26th, i.e boxing day) will get a Christmas gift from me
The prize pool will increase if donations come in and if this post makes a good payout. So upvote pls

Santa trudges in, slung with heavyloads,
The Christmas he wishes to people multiply,
With gayness people receive him,
The doldrum face he lightens up.
Snowish beard, inflated feet,
Tentative movements, assured stride,
Gift dispensation, baby crying,
The morose faces he wishes to lighten up.
Out comes Santa once a year,
People revving and always in top gear,
This season a must for his benevolence,
Generosity, the essence of the seasonal presence.

We all grew up to the tune of Father Christmas
Later i got to know the advanced version to be Santa
Everyone lines up in troop like going for mass
The theme colour is red and not orange like fanta
Little children move in all ages and class
The slightly older ones always receive banter
You see them all coming in different shades of glas
With all smiles before they move close to Santa
Some calmly stays on his thighs
While some with fright want to pick race as run
Parents stays and watch with laughter their ward(s)
And the thrill of the gifts soon soothe the tear
In their hand they hold gifts and the drama of minutes ago easy to bear
Still clutching to their prized asset amidst fear
With few tiny drops on their faces the tear
With one hand wiping the tears leaving the face smear
Christmas is always fun for little Children
Because of the man in Red and White beards called Santa Claus
For the older people like us
It is all about Jesus and family.
Best season of the year as it precedes the death of Jesus.
