WHY THE BLOCKCHAIN?
1.Sancoj was existing as centralized platform called WorkXtra. To execute a transaction, people would have to convert from local currency to other currency and sometimes, to the local currency of the user. At some point, it became a problem and we started seeking alternatives. We realized that using a medium of exchange that would be generally accepted in all locations of the world will be the answer and we adopted crypto currency, which is powered by the blockchain.
With the blockchain, we have instant transfer that comes relatively cheaper.
With the blockchain, the transactions a re peer-to-peer and do not rely on any central government. This means that the admin cannot unnecessary delay or alter a transaction. Power is in the hands of the users.
4.Since transaction data is hosted on blocks around the world located a and not on a particular server/data center, the data can hardly be tampered with as you cannot have access to alter all the blocks. If you alter the copy on one block, the copies on other blocks re main unchanged.
- We had problems of liquidity. Many international users found it difficult to liquidate bulk cash. Even if we transfer large of amount of USD (at huge cost) to them, converting into local currency or other spendable form became a problem because of debit card limits, local bank and government regulations. With the blockchain, users can liquidate large amount at the same time.
SANCOJ is a Hybrid System. This means that SANCOJ uses ON- CHAIN/OFF CHAIN Algorithm to make sure that users spend Gas ONLY when money changes hand. Lack of opportunity can make one look unserious. Due to the daily transaction limit associated with debit cards, Sancoj intends to add an advanced module for international bulk fund settlements powered by a licensed financial group with operations in most parts of the world. This will allow users with big amounts to access their funds in bulk without restrictions or liquidity limits.
Our project monitoring module allows opportunity owners to authorize the public to monitor projects on their behalf and report accordingly. Example: A road construction project can be monitored by individuals around the construction area. The individual can take real time pictures and videos of completed or ongoing work and post them on the Sancoj platform. This will reduce bribery of the supposed monitoring team and the reporting of fake job status.
Since all opportunity types can utilize the bidding tools, the competitiveness amongst opportunity seekers will increase. Example: if user a wants to lend his token for 20% interest rate, seeing another funder willing to give at 15% will make him recheck his strategies.
Sancoj offers zero cost transaction. Meaning that if you do a job through Sancoj and get paid, you keep 100% of the proceeds. We do not take any commission unless you advertise or engage in special a request.
Sancoj is built on the powerful Ethereum Blockchain which runs with no central governance, thereby putting power in the hands of the users. Any agreement reached on Sancoj by users, is backed and executed through the immutable Ethereum smart contracts. Payments are transferred peer-to-peer and not by admin or Sancoj’s account department. This means that once a user makes an intended payment order, its goes directly from sender’s wallet to receiver’s wallet, securely and instantly.

Wallet functions are disabled since SANC is not yet distributed though you can see your live SANC balance. The Alpha Version is for DESKTOP. For BEST viewing experience, view on a desktop. Because of the complexity of the system, we decided not to REALLY make it responsive but to have other screen versions later so we can detect your device type and render accordingly. For now, we have the DESKTOP version only, just as we stated on our Roadmap. Some searches you perform may come back without result. That does not mean it does not work but lack of data.
