Is pre June 30th 2018 a good time to stack up on SALT coin?

SALT allows leveraging your blockchain assets for fiat cash loans without having to sell your cryptocurrencies.

We have known for a while that Salt have been in the process of preparing the cards (https://twitter.com/SaltLending/status/923304717190496258), but it looks like June 30th 2018 might be the release date.
