Maple Glazed Salmon. Easy!
One of my family's favs. Even if your not a seafood person, this is a winner. Simple & quick!
Need:
•Salmon (I have over 2lbs here) just adjust accordingly to your salmon amount.
•Fresh garlic & green onion (optional, I have both in my garden.)
However much you'd like! I'm Italian so the more the merrier in my book.
•Real Maple Syrup 1/2 cup
(yes real makes a difference)
•Soy Sauce or I prefer Coconut Aminos. 4 Tbsp.
•Black Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste.
•Coconut Oil or your favorite pan greaser.
Whip up all liquids and seasoning in a bowl, pour over salmon & add more spices if you'd like
Preheat oven to 400 & cook for about 20-25 minutes (depending on how much fish your making) & you can even broil at the end to crisp up the ends. Yum!
Voila! Not much prep, and extremely tasty dish. Add a steamer bag of broccoli or green beans & rice. 👌🏽
might have to give this a go, sounds yum, thanks for the share.
Let me know how you like it!
would you even say you could pan fry this to. i was thinking about a crispy skin bottom. its how we cook all our salmon dishes in the restaurant. and i think it stops it from drying out as much as oven cooking does.
Sure! I would just make sure to marinate it for at least 30 minutes before you pan fry. Sounds great!!
I was thinking about making it the night before and popping it in the fridge.
it does look lovely though. going to get the salmon today to try this for tomorrow. thanks for the reply. :)
Yes marinating overnight sounds wonderful!! Let me know how you make out with it!
