Warm salad with octopus and potatoes
A simple but at the same time sophisticated Italian dish. Lemon juice gives it a pleasant sourness, and parsley and celery make the taste more vibrant.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 450 g
- Frozen octopus 450 g
- Sea salt taste
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ground black pepper taste
- Parsley 5-7 branches
- Celery 1 stalk
Can add
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mint 1-2 branches
- Chili flakes ¹⁄₄ tsp
Cooking
- Boil the potatoes in their skins by adding 1 teaspoon of salt. This will take 30-40 minutes.
2 ․ Put the octopus in a pan and fill it with cold water.
3 ․ Pour 2 teaspoons of salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat so that the liquid only boils slightly. Cook 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the water and potatoes, and octopus and cool a little.
6 ․ Peel the potatoes and cut into medium slices.
7 ․ Mix them with oil, whole lemon juice, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and chopped celery.
Cut the octopus into pieces, put it on the potatoes and mix.
You can add chopped garlic, minced mint and chili to the salad.
