SALAD - BEETROOT-YOGURT.Its healthy, simple & fast to make!!!
- Grate beet-root
- Add pinch of salt & sugar to the grated beet
- Add 3-4 curry leaves & 1 chilli (chillies as per requirement of spice)
- Mix 1,2,3 together & cook the mixure on pan for 5 min with low flame
- Cool the mixure & add curd.
- You can also roasted add peanuts for a nutty crunch!
