Today is 9-11. Patriot's Day. A day of remembrance
As with most people, I remember the exact spot I was standing when these attacks began to unfold. These attacks were on the soil of the United States of America, and yet the global impact was immediate as many partner nations lost treasured citizens in the World Trade Center towers and within the airplanes used as weapons of mass destruction.
Lives were changed, indelibly etched with the remembrances of lost loved ones, friends, and those we'd had the distinct honor and privilege of serving with.
We were reminded of the greatness of humanity where some chose to run in fully intent on helping others run out. The undeniable human spirit.
9-11 is not entirely an American event. Everything that transpired on that day and every day after has reached into many countries around the world.
We'll Never Forget.
We'll Always Cherish those lost and those who continue to stand in the face of terrorism.
