At school they teach you how to multiply 9x8, they make you read stories and fantasy books and memorize the first 10 articles of the Constitution.
But it never teaches you how to stop loving someone who has stopped loving you, how to deal with defeats when a friend leaves without saying goodbye or the disappointments of a false friendship, or when a relative dies because the cancer ate the lungs
And I learned that alcohol and cigarettes can make as much trouble as it solves, but it feels so good to let my throat burn and my lungs to drown instead of my heart and not pay attention to the problems in my head that I could not solve, because life is not 9x8 and it is not the way in which the authors describe their history characters. It's those nights that you stay awake for missing someone very much, wishing that things are different and you realize that you can not and then when you get up after being down for so long.
Because that's what life is about, but no one can teach you that, nobody can help you when you are in duel, because everyone says you need support, but the truth is that the only thing that depends on being well is of oneself and believing in yourself
