Experimental Marburg Vaccine.

Rwanda agreed to do a randomized controlled trial for the experimental Marburg treatments, but not for the experimental vaccine. All at-risk healthcare workers will get the vaccine.

It is a tough decision. The data is incredibly valuable especially since Marburg is so deadly and outbreaks are usually small and rare.

Fortunately at least we will get some immunogenicity and safety data even if it isn't ideal with no control group.
