Central Bank of Rwanda is thinking of launching its own cryptocurrency

Although many governments criticize the world of cryptocurrencies, there are also those who can work on cryptoactive projects, this is the case of Ruando, a country known for genocide at the end of the last century.

This country has very low incomes but its economy has recovered little by little, and although the government has previously denounced scams with cryptocurrencies, they now make the announcement to be working on their own cryptocurrency.

Bloomberg indicates in a report the interest of the Central Bank of Rwanda in looking for ways to issue its own digital currency, in order to continue to boost the country's economic growth.

Among the models to be used are the central banks of Canada, Singapore and the Netherlands that have approved the use of Blockchain technology.
