Every year, on the night of January 18-19, the Russians celebrate the religious feast of Epiphany. It is believed that all the water that night is holy.
And many people from babies to old people are immersed in water.
No matter what the temperature of the water and air. It can be very cold (up to -30), and maybe zero temperature.
