In the Russian nuclear center said about mining on a supercomputer

Two engineers all-Russian research Institute of experimental physics located in the Nizhny Novgorod region, detained for mining cryptocurrency in the workplace.

Sarov engaged in the development and production of nuclear weapons. The supercomputer at the centre put into operation in 2011. It has a capacity of 1 petaflops. Until 2020 it is planned to increase to 1 exaflops. Now it is one of the two most powerful supercomputers in Russia.
