"Kiev's ability to ensure the security of elections will test the extent to which the West managed to integrate this state in four years, or at least bring it closer to the level of democracy that existed in the state prior to the constitutional coup of 2014," Zakharova said.

Previously, Ukrainian nationalists threatened to disrupt the work of polling stations in diplomatic representations of Russia in Ukraine.
