The Russian government approved the list of unfriendly countries
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree establishing a list of countries committing unfriendly actions against the Russian Federation. It included, among other things, all G7 countries, all EU countries and Ukraine.
The order was signed as part of a presidential decree, according to which Russians and companies of the Russian Federation that have foreign currency obligations to foreign creditors from the list of unfriendly countries will be able to pay them in rubles.

United Kingdom (including Jersey, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands and Gibraltar),
member states of the European Union,
Iceland,
Canada,
Liechtenstein,
micronesia,
Monaco,
New Zealand,
Norway,
The Republic of Korea,
San Marino
North Macedonia,
Singapore,
USA,
Taiwan (marked "China"),
Ukraine,
Montenegro,
Switzerland,
Japan.
Most of the countries on this list imposed sanctions on Russia for launching a military operation in Ukraine, and also condemned its actions at the UN.
