Conditioning exactly lol. They taught us the word apathy in health class directed towards running. I was like yup that is me "a non caring person" when it comes to running lol. I was actually pretty good at it, distance and speed.
So, this is annual event, but not really a fundraiser? You called it a fun run. Somehow the words fun and run don't go together very when I'm involved. It's great to have time to do things with your children though. They grow up very quickly and opportunities like this get fewer and fewer.

That's what I keep thinking. Maybe I should start exercising. Then, it's usually followed up by: Maybe tomorrow. And I think that's been going on, when it actually does come to mind, for about ten months now? Can't remember the last time I got on the tread climber, but it's been a while. Before my youngest and his family moved back in with us.
Still trying to find the right incentive. Staving off death or being healthier just isn't specific enough for my brain. Not sure why.
