Love this! I'm a BIG fan of greens and try to work them into every meal too. I just throw some protein on top for a salad/bowl, mix them into smoothies and try to make kale chips about once a week (wash well, toss with some olive oil, sea salt & pepper and roast in the oven for about 15 min).
All great ways to pack in the good stuff to your meals! You're the second person I've had mention kale chips lately, so I'm going to have to give them a try again. It's been a year or so since I've made any, but I know they are tasty. I like them with some nutritional yeast sprinkled on for that little bit of cheesy flavor. :)
