Run for Steem - Hot and Steamy On The Trail
Even though @jumowa has suspended his #runforsteem project, I’m going to post tonight’s trail run for the fun of it. It was 95 degrees Fahrenheit and probably close to 95 percent humidity, but I’ve been itching to get out for a run after 3 weeks of hamstring recovery while hiking. It was about 90 minutes before sunset, and there were some nice rays peeking through the trees during my run.
The footbridge in the shot above was damaged in the recent flooding and is being rebuilt.
The flood completely changed the floor of the stream, moving rocks and creating piles of logs and debris.
It was a slow pace as a result of the muddy trails and walking up the steepest hill, but it was nice to be out running again.
That's the running trails i like to be doing pure fresh air , great scenery and enjoyable unfortunately i am in a big city now but still have a big awesome park behind my apart which i can deal with :)
Make the best with what you’ve got. It’s great to just be outside after sitting in an office all day!

Looks like a nice spot =) way to keep runforsteem alive
Thanks. It was never about the 0.16 SBD or so we got from posting. Just an excuse to share my runs.
Same. I was already sharing it anyway :)
