Today we are talking about how does your body actually works in your running routine and if it's possible to have a dynamic and relaxing approach.
So, I know by the time you start your workout there is a goal in the minds of everyone to finish it feeling they give 100% but in some point becomes tedious or exhausting.

Well now I'll give you tips and information that it might help you, this according to recent studys and self experience. Okay so you wake up in the morning and get ready to start you need to have a good digestion in order to eliminate that heavy sensation on your stomach, and yes prevent diarrhea
1- Don't eat too much! Some snacks with carbohydrates usually 200 to 300 calories, low in protéine low in fats low in anything that might slow the digestion process.
2-hydrate
3-Don't go crazy looking at the clock try listening to music and have a timer because your brains works based on the information it's given to him by the minute, so try to concentrate on the actual routine
4-A better form- It's maybe obvious but important, that can prevent you to have an injury and stop being inefficient
5-Have a proper breathing before and during the work, your muscles need oxygen to function, that way the cells of the body keep reproducing more
6-Dont over arch the back- this can lead you to have more tension on the low-back area and you glutes and hips gon't be able to function optimily
7- And finally don't keep tension in just a part of your body it will higher the risk of assymetries
