Всем привет. Тема криптовалют на меня набросилась совсем недавно, в свете скачка интереса к криптообороту и технологии блокчейн на фоне нового скачка цены биткоина, как говорится когда о майнинге задумалась каждая домохозяйка, а Ротшильд, или Рокфеллер, потерял интерес к этому в связи со своим принципом выхода с рынка в этот момент.). Хотя, исходя из местных постов какое то из семейств вдруг обрело веру в крипту и стало скупать биткоины. ))

Изучая поляну крипто-блокчейн возможностей, заново открыл для себя уже монетизированную платформу BOINC ( теперь за распределенные вычисления платят GRIDCOIN ), а также в том числе и данный сайт. Почему то на голосе мне зарегистрироваться не удается.

Кошечки, пляжи, фитоняшки, все это конечно очень релаксно, но мне бы хотелось создать в нашем RU сообществе дискуссию, именно дискуссию, а не императивный постинг, как обладателя истины в последней инстанции на тему правового регулирования криптооборота и криптовалют в РФ, да и не только в РФ, опыт «скорее всего» к нам придет из стран с более развитой системой регулирования данной сферы.

Тема становится тем более значимой, чем более растет капитализация всех криптовалют вместе взятых, а также сфер, куда проникают блокчейн технологии. А когда у кого-то становится больше денег ( криптовалюты ) чем у государства, или они обретают неконтролируемые объемы, у государства вдруг возникает много вопросов к их обладателям, и действует оно обычно предсказуемо ( для РФ характерно ), запретить, зарегулировать, нарисовать мастернода в виде очередного чиновника, придумать новую статью УК и срок.

Вопросы которые хотелось бы обсудить: «Что есть криптовалюта, обычные денежные средства, программное обеспечение, иностранная валюта, договор между свободными гражданами?», “Каким образом государственные структуры могут воздействовать на пользователей криптовалют, каким образом они это делают и каким правовым статусом фактически крипта обладает сейчас в различных юрисдикциях?», “Какие есть решения судов, то есть фактический статус, который государство императивно в лице судов придает криптовалюте?».

В связи с этими вопросами и будет строится дальнейший постинг, также тематика последующих постов будет напрямую зависеть от читателей этого и последующих постов. Хотелось бы в том числе и получить обратную связь о законодательной, правой, судебной практике связанной с данной темой, а также непосредственных проблемах и контактах правового характера связанных с криптооборотом. Наибольшая по отклику тематика и будет раскрываться далее.
