exercising is hard at times, but doable.

Here is a guideline to exercising.

five minutes a day: lose 3 pounds.
10 minutes a day: lose 5 pounds.
15-30 minutes a day: lose 9 pounds.
45-60 minutes a day: lose 15 pounds.

With this also:

less meat, more veggies.

with this also:

less sugar, more water.

Exercising with only 100 your choose exercise with the five-minute exercise routine.
exercising with only 200 your choose exercise with the 10-minute exercise routine.
only 300 your choose exercise with 15-30 minutes exercise routine...
exercising 500 your choose exercise 45-60 minutes exercise routine....

to start off, 50 your choose exercises is best....

100 your choose means situps, crunches, pull-ups​, weights...etc.
