I am offering a large furnished available April to Mid December. The location is a 5 min walk to bus 73 which is 10 min bus to Harvard Sq. The space is ideal for a quiet academic who requires a step in ready for use space.

The room includes WIFI, full kitchen use, washer dryer, bedding and towels, and quiet and considerate place for studying. There are a total 4 people in the condo. Two house mates dwell on one half of the space and the owner w/ partner w/ corgis live on the other side. The owner is responsible to general cleaning. It is hoped that housemates follow a few co-habitation guidelines of keep the place orderly and clean. The place is quiet 10 PM onwards.

Rent is $975/month. The "month" is from the 1st to the 31st. For partial stays, less than 15 nights there is a rate of $40 a night. For more than 15 nights the room rate is $35 a night

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IS AVAILABLE

NO marijuana, NO 420, NO cigarettes. No drugs, social use of alcohol is fine.

The room is single occupancy. It can be arranged for significant others to stay for several days of the month for additional $20 a night.The place is library quiet past 10 PM. Room noise level is expected to be barely audible at the door. Headsets for skype and movies is appreciated. The net result is a quiet and pleasant place for everyone. GREAT for ACADEMICS
