Rohu Fish and Okra is a MUST TRY
Ingredients
Rohu Fish (750 gm)
1 tsp turmeric powder
2-3 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp onion paste
1/2 cup tomato paste
Salt
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Mustard Oil 2 tbsp
Take 1/2 cup tomato paste, fish curry powder (1 tbsp), nutmeg powder and ginger powder
2 tbsp onion paste
Slit chilies, 1 tbsp. mustard seeds and a handful of curry leaves
Slit okras
Water
Add 2 fresh lemon leaves
