Rock climbing in CZ
This is some older pictures from Roviste. The route is called 'Ceska cesta' and it is not very difficult (7 UIAA ) for modern climbers.
The place is about 70 km south of Prague. Compact granite. Modern route well bolted. Huge number of roads. Oriented towards south - would not recommend in summer as it may be quite hot. Spring or autumn, even winter when sunny ;-). On the river Vltava. Worth visiting.
Hello! Fellow climber here! What is the rating scale you mentioned above? 7 UIAA??? I haven't heard of this - what am I missing?!
this is UIAA. This route is 7, slightly overhang a bit stretchy but good positive holes, nice movements (even for old climbers), nothing unexpected.

If you visiting CZ and have nothing to do....this is granit not the (traditional and mentally exhausting) sandstone of Northern and East Bohemia. Modern roads here.
