Although toys, not cheap
It was not possible to buy such precious 'toys' for many old men in Japan, unless the government gave subsidies. And the one who understands the 'toy', sees light, drops his head, wails his eyes, or shouts like a real seal fish - his value is not even less to the elderly elders.
I dont know if its safe to say cute for old people... Cos to me i feel they look cute been excited for a toy
