There should be two boxes that pop up.... one to transfer the 5 steem to robinia and then another to delegate the steem power. You have to click yes to both of them.

I enter confirm and nothing. Steem stake 0.
There may be a minimum steem amount to delegate... try delegating 100 steem power. (they will refund that 5 steem they substract btw)
