Why is Ripple-Coin used so high that value is rising?

in #ripple8 years ago

I heard Ripple-Coin is being promoted as an investment value these days. Why is Ripple-Coin used so high that value is rising? So let me explain easily what I understand.

1. This Ripple-Coin has come to solve the problems of the existing overseas remittance system.

(Said that the money transfer system has been maintained for 40 years.)

Let me explain the problems of the overseas remittance system.

First, expensive fees

As an example, let's say you have a Filipino worker working in Korea.

This man worked hard to receive a monthly salary of 1 million Korean won and sent it to his family in the Philippines. But the family only received 750,000 won. You know that the fee for overseas remittance in Korea is too high, right?

In fact, I don’t know why banks to charge 25% of their remittance for their fees when sending money from Korea to the Philippines. Don’t you think it’s a problem!

Second, long remittance time

Sometimes there are times when it is uncertain whether overseas remittance may be sent for two or three days, or not, even if it is remittance. As well as there are cases where the transaction is not concluded.

Third, the opacity of transactions

Overseas remittances are carried out in the following order: sending bank> middle bridge bank> receiving bank, But it is hard to know how far my money is going now. Is not it really frustrating?

So Ripple-Coin came out to solve these three problems.

First, in the case of fees, the bank that introduced Ripple-Coin can save up to 60% in the transfer processing cost.

If these costs are reduced, the impact will continue to our customers, and customers will be able to pay cheaper commissions.

And this also finds the bank with the cheapest fee.

Secondly, the time of remittance that took so long will be 'immediate' as soon as you remit. And the time to check the books is much faster than the beat coin.

Third, Ripple-Coin is transparent.

You can see in real time how my money is going.

2. Ripple-Coin acts as a bridge to commercialization of Bitcoin.

As you know, the commercialization of Bitcoin is now the currency to turn the centralized system upside down, but suddenly the world cannot change that way. Is not it?

It is not easy to change the existing system itself.

That's why you need a middle leg, and in the process Ripple-Coins replace that role.

If the Bitcoin is used as currency, the existing bank becomes useless.

Bitcoin does not need an intermediate circulator like a bank because it does not need an intermediate controller.

As you already know, but it's hard to do that in one morning.

So, before the Bitcoin is commercialized, the Ripple-Coin is connected to the bank and acts as a bridge, so the existing currency is changing naturally.

3. View of Ripple-Coin

I think it seems that the value of Ripple-Coin will continue to rise in the short term right now because Ripple-Coin is a middle bridge for Bitcoin (it is the most realistic approach to commercialization at present), but if Bitcoin is commercialized in the long run, eventually Ripple-Coin will drop a lot than now.

Ripple == Central banks. Please, just stay the fuck away. Even if there's profits to be made.

Very good blog. I fully understand what you're talking about. The biggest group of uneducated investors in mankind get's a shot to determine the price of a crypto. It's an interesting world we live in. Besides coinmarketcap.com there is: https://www.coincheckup.com Since I use this site I make so much less basic investment mistakes.
