Trans community in Canada now have extended human rights

Well, they did it. Now people who don't believe in non-binary genders - which are based on biological sex - are legally forced to believe what someone else believes. Do I have legal protection to believe the contrary? By imposing this law, they've created a social hierarchy whereby the needs, demands and beliefs of some outweigh those of others.
I'm rather sure that by being a living, sentient entity their rights we're protected by the Canadian Human Rights act. I am not denying that trans gendered people have faced harsh scrutiny, but so do a host of other individuals.
