Can I Please Just Get My "Rick and Morty" Season 3 Release Date Already?

I just can't take it anymore. Ever since the official announcement for Season 3 of "Rick and Morty" I have spent countless hours searching and keeping an eye out for when it will finally be set to air. In this process many articles, such as this one http://christiandaily.com/article/rick-and-morty-season-3-news-dan-harmon-sweeps-away-release-date-rumors/54157.htm have promised, hinted at, or destroyed hope of a credible release date.
The most soul-crushing part of this being that the "Rick and Morty" team gave Mr. Poopy Butthole ( a beloved character from the second season of the show) a few lines about how long until the third season would air, based on the gap from season 1 to season 2 which was around 15 months while reports came out stating that the new season would air much sooner than the season 1 to season 2 gap. http://www.cinemablend.com/television/Rick-Morty-Season-3-Premiere-Way-Sooner-Than-Expected-123037.html
If Dan is serious in the first article about it not happening in August then we will be at 10 months. Personally 5 months still sounds much sooner to me, but there still is no release date or anything to look forward too.
