The last male white rhino has died
This is such a shame. Sudan, who lived in a conservancy in Kenya has died at the age of 65. His daughter and grand daughter are still alive, and it is hoped that IVF will preserve the sub-species. The white rhino has been wiped out because of mans stupidity - it was hunted to virtual extinction for it's horn, and stupid men thought that ground up rhino horn would improve sexual performance. Rhino horn is composed mainly of keratin, and this is found in hair, fingernails and animal hooves. You might just as well chew on a cow's hoof as ingest rhino horn. I just hope that the cow sorts out these stupid people while they do it.
