I liked Barack Obama when he was the President of the United States, and I still like him. Somehow, he was a politician of the people, and even though he didn't represent both sides in the US Politics, I still felt as if he was a representative of the US people at all times, and somehow, he managed to make them one.

But, what did he say right here?

This is simple! If you keep on walking, if you keep on working, if you keep on studying, if you keep on training... you will eventually, make progress! I remember when my wife was training every single day to lose weight and to get stronger. Do you know what happened? She kept going for months without seeing much progress. But, then suddenly, the kilos started to disappear, and the muscles appeared instead.

Do you know what it was all about? She kept walking and walking, and then progress showed up and could be seen and experienced!

Don't give up, even though you haven't seen your wished for results yet. Keep on walking and you will soon discover change and progress on the horizon!
