'Resign Mukhriz, don't bother people'

Deputy President Mukhriz Mahathir is urged to resign as Kedah menteri besar as he has lost the majority to continue to lead the state administration. Umno vice-president Mahdzir Khalid said it was the best move Mukhriz had to take in order to continue the administration of the state government and not "inconvenience many". "Instead of bothering many parties including the palace, he resigned first. "If he (Mukhriz) still has enough (majority) members, he can continue to be the menteri besar. "However, if not enough (the majority) should resign," Mahdzir, who is also Kedah former prime ministe.
