Yay and much gratitude to Jamie. Maybe you can create a campaign inviting local businesses to match tourist donations towards sterilization? And ask 2 or 3 or 5 of the more expensive guesthouses to either regularly have a fundraising beach BBQ, or to put a leaflet in each room inviting support?
