It shall come naturally. It is also a good feedback on how good my posts and comments are. I used randowhare and minnowsupport to raise me in the big noise that is now with the amount of new accounts.

There's a reason many who become very popular refrain from interacting with their followers too much. It builds suspense much as a book would, making the viewer anticipate more to come.
I am new on Steemit but I have picked up a few posts with begging and promises - Yes I guess everyone would love to be upvoted or make money - but I think you will maybe be more successful on the street because here on steemit I must agree it is very irritating.

Yes you are right, if anyone writes authentic content and no copy paste also loyal to the group no need to begging for follow or upvote, Your good writing skill and as a good contributor in the community will increase follower and automatically get upvoted.
