The memory of the Apostle.

 St. Matthew in a relaxed grandeur writes the word of Christ, His earthly wanderings, the joys and sorrows, His life and death. Matthew retains the good news to give to people, he's the guardian of truth. To teach people knowledge, hard work, and to reveal to them the truth even harder and he knows it. Whether he will cope with his case or not? At his determined face, we can say that he will be able to fulfill. Matthew suffered a lot of hardship he was ridiculed and stoned, he suffered both body and soul. And it can be read in those deep wrinkles that have sporocili his face.His eyes peer into the invisible that is hidden from the average person. These wise and intelligent eyes saw a lot. His eyes are motionless, motionless and all become this white-haired old man, who migrated from the old to the new man. But Matthew not only the scribe. Look at his hands they're calloused and sinewy, clearly show a wide vein. This suggests that he had not only to hold the pen, but also to engage in physical labour to earn their bread. Matthew comes confidence, he will do all that he has, all that he was commanded by the Teacher, all that he was instructed . He had no doubt otherwise. Matthew stocky, sturdy and strong man, but his weapon is not power, but the word without rudeness, and humility. It did not break hard life, all odds he contrasted his great unbroken human spirit that it is not only not diminished , but has increased to a huge extent.
Matthew describes not only biblical events, but remembers his old life, his youth, those situations to which he was himself. He bitterly contemplates his past mistakes. In the heart of Matthew instead of all the pain Christ went to those people who accompanied Matthew on his way.
Behind the old man is the white man, pale skin, bright lips and long hair young man. Who is he? Maybe it's an angel , sent to help Matthew in his work. The young man put a hand on his shoulder, and his long nose said he popped or interfere in the Affairs of Matthew.And the lips of the young man prepared something to whisper. But who is this character, what does he want and what he wants, what he side, on the side of good or evil forces ? Due to the fact that it is located near the right shoulder of the elder one can conclude that this good angel. After all, we know that the angels are on his right shoulder , and the demons on the left. Or maybe it's just the disciple Matthew, who came to ask for advice. But I confess to you I wish it was an angel.
