1 Peter 5:7 says, "Casting all your cares upon Him; for He careth for you."
Wow! What a very inspiring promise of our Almighty God. Right? By just only reading and meditating that passage, surely, you will be comfort. Who can imagine that? The King of Kings and the Lord of lords, the author of the universe, cares for you, cares for me, cares for us. Nothing and no one can compare His love. So nothing to worries, nothing to be dismay.
What Will You Do In Times Of Hardships?
EXPANDING YOUR TIME
In passage, Jeremiah 29:11, God assures us that He has already plans for us, the Lord declares, plans to Prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you Hope and a Future. If that is already the plans of God, so why we need to worry about anything? Its just mean, if you're in hardships, God wants us to spend our time on Him not to this world. Let's make our time precious, and it will be just precious if God is in the center of it. So take your time and expand on God.
EXPANDING YOUR THINKING
Some of us, or maybe almost of us when we encounter hardships or any problems, we always make our problems higher than our God. Instead of saying "God, I have a big problem!, why make it as, Problem I have a BIG GOD! See? Sometimes the problem is, we actually limit the capacity and ability of our God base on human standards. So, make your thinking expanded on what God can do, not what can man do.
EXPANDING YOUR LOOKING
In the book of 1 Corinthians 5:7, it says Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch--as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Meaning, do not be stocked from your old you, or don't be dumped from hardships, instead, look up to our God and ask for help for the renewal of our thoughts coz even He, been sacrificed, so why don't we? We also need to sacrifice by offering our "looking" unto Him. LET US ALL FIX OUR EYES ON JESUS.
EXPANDING YOUR HEARING
As it says, the sheeps will only listen to the voice of their shepherd. Same as we, know that Jesus is our Shephered but MAKE SURE THAT HE IS YOUR ONLY SHEPHERD! In Him only we will listen, in Him only we will follow. We can only hear His voice if our hearts are open on Him and for Him. How? By listening His words. Know, that the word was God.
EXPANDING YOUR TALKING
Jeremiah 33:3 - Call to me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things. God promise us that whenever we will call unto Him, surely He will answer us. So, whenever we're in helpless situation, just PRAY.
EXPANDING YOUR DOING
As what the passage of James says, Faith with out Action is DEAD!. Even if how devoted you are, how deep and solemn your prayers will be, if how huge your faith is, IT WILL BE ALL WORTHLESS AND DEAD, if it's not accompanied with action. Always get yourself bussy for the Lord and not for man. Always do what God instructed us to do, because our hardships will never be in vain in the Lord.
