Yes. All religions tend to see women as mere sexual objects to see man, even when those same religions such as Christianity, Judaism and Islamism have so many taboos even with sexual positions. Although, however, one can not deny the superiority of the West over the East by creating a moral code that separates from religion.

Now, I do not know if there was a word in antiquity to define "rape" as we define it today, as it happens with the words "forgiveness" or "right". The last term is Roman heritage, and we can not forget that in the old conception of law (my right), this meant for the Romans "my right to abuse, rape and do what I want with the life of another person." Of course that this would change over the centuries, but in juxtaposition, the Greeks did not know "the right" but "justice", just as they had no notion of "sin" or "forgiveness".

I do not believe in religions, in any. However, through their archaic laws they still do a lot of damage to people, especially women and LGBT people.
