Should we be under the religion? Yes in my case.

The work is 'savings', and effect is 'profit & loss' and hence 'equity'.

The ability to fully understand the Creator and religion is impossible for the mortal people of limited knowledge, limited life and limited power.

Where science ends, philosophy starts there.
The philosophy where the derelict religion starts there.

Particularly there were many of the prominent actors, Karl Marx, Darwin, Rabindranath, Napoleon, Hitler, Namrud (Nemesis), Karun, Sajjad, Alexander, Schwarzenegger, Mical Jackson, Divid Copperfield and many others.
Region teaches us everything. Not only science or philosophy, religion only teaches that a man can not have sex with their parents, brothers or sisters.

Do people who do not practice religion are governed by the rules of anybody?

Religion makes people a good man, and good people also fall prey to religion. If he does not understand the religion or if he is righteous, then his responsibility does not depend on religion.

The collective ideal extract of all the scriptures can be found in religion. The religion has also given the freedom to disturb it. religion has ratifying the free thought of philosophy, but do not order to go astray.

So study it with your Heart and Brain as well, along with other Organs.
