Beware of the Tricks

Beware of the tricks of the devil. Devil will never force you to sin,rather he will lure you to sin. This is because, he does not have that right. You have been given the power to make decision. That is why you will always play on your intelligence. He will always make you to see the reason why you must commit that sin. He knew that if he force you to do what you don't want to do. He will bear the consequences. He will like to influence your decision by all means so that he will come back and blame you.

You should not engage in arguments or long communication with the devil rather order the devil to keep quiet,get out of here, be still and get behind me. Those are the words used by our Lord Jesus Christ to conquer devil. In the old testament, when Joseph noticed that devil have entered into Potiphar's wife, he freed immediately. 

Devil knows your strengths and your weaknesses. He knows your needs at any point in time. He even knew Jesus Christ to talk of you. That is why he was able to identify that Jesus might need bread. He taught he was hungry.

What are responses to the evil taught that use to enter your heart? Do you use to argue with him. If you know that you are not spiritually smart enough to engage in such arguments. Command him to flee immediately. He will leave you.

It is two days to the end of January. How far with your new year resolutions? I trust you are still leading your life in line with it. Some will answer no. Some have already postponed it to February that they will not fail again. My dear, you will fail if you did not change your attitude towards devil. Don't be afraid him but be aware that he is always around roaring like hungry lion looking for whom to devour. You can never remove devil, devil can never die. If you check the ministry of Jesus, he haven't for a day tell devil to die. He knew that devil have come to stay. You have been given the authority to conquer him. He can only do so if you allow him. If you allow the things of the world to control your happiness. Some people are obsessed with evil that sometimes they don't even know when they do such things.

Remember there is level in everything, in holiness and in sinfulness. You are highest level of sin when you no longer see sin as anything. You are growing in holiness when you see sin as infectious disease. When sin is so dirty that you cannot behold it.

Friends, let's understand all these so that we can use much of our time to praise God and seek guidance of Holy spirit to conquer the devil and its tricks not to pursue devil.
