Last Words of Nabi Kareem (PBUH)
A MUST READ...
A Person came to prophet Muhammad's entrance and asked if he could come in after reciting that which should be recited as a Muslim when visiting another Muslim's home... (Asalaam alaikum wara motulahi wabarakatu). May I come in? he asked gently and politely. He heard a soft feminine voice which returned the greetings, but told him he cannot come in. It was Fatimah (radhi allahu ta'anla anha), One of the prophet's daughter. She said, I'm sorry but I can't allow you enter right now, my father is ill. She turned her back and closed the door.
She went back to her father (The Prophet - PBUH) who was already awake, on getting to him, the Prophet (PBUH) asked "Who is he?, my daughter"
Fatimah replied as gentle as she fouls; I don't know sir, thus, this is my first time seeing the man.
Then, Rasulullah(sullalahu alayhi wassalam) looked straight at his
daughter with a trembled look, he glared at her as if he wants to reminisce
about every part of her face.
Then he said to his daughter;
"Fatimah, there's one thing you should know, That man you just spoke to, thinking he's an ordinary man is the one who erases the temporary pleasure, he separates the companionship in the world; He is the death angel!"
Fatimah(radhi allahu ta'ala anha) bore the bomb of her cry.
The death angel finally came towards him, But Rasulullah(sul
allahu alayhi wassalam) asked why Jibril
(alayhisalam) did not come along with him.
Then, Jibril
(alayhisalam) was summoned.
Jibril (alayhislam) stayed back before because he was ready in the sky to welcome the soul
of Habibullah and the
leader of the earth.
'O Jibril, can you explain to me about my rights in
front of ALLAH?' Rasulullah (sullalahu alayhi wassalam)
asked with his weakest voice.
Then Jibril(alayhisalaam) replied;
"The doors of sky have opened, and the angels are waiting for
your soul.
All jannat is presently open widely waiting for you,"
All that Jibril (alayhisalaam) as said did not make Rasulullah (sullalahu alayhi
wassalam) relieved a bit, his eyes were still full of worry, the reason why he was like this was known to only him alone.
"Are you not happy to hear this wonderful news?" asked Jibril
(alayhisalam).
The Prophet (PBUH) answered with another question saying;
"Tell me about the destiny of my people in future?"
Then Jibril (alayhisalaam) told the Prophet (PBUH) not to worry, he said;
"O Rasulullah (sullalahu alayhi wassalam).
Allah (SWT) said he has made jannat haram for every
one, except the people of Muhammad (sullalahu alayhi
wassalam) who are inside it,".
Time kept rolling fast, it seemed like it was going closer and closer, i mean the time for
Malaekat Izrail (alayhisalam) to do his work.
With respect and ease, Rasulullah's (salaahu alayhi wassalam) soul was slowly pulled out.
The whole body of the Prophet (PBUH) was full of sweat, the nerves of his body and neck also became tight.
He groan slowly and said gesturing at Jibril (alayhisalam), " How painful this sakaratul maut is!'
While the process of the Prophet's (PBUH) death was ongoing, Fatimah (radhi allahu ta'ala anha) closed her eyes, Ali (radhi
allahu ta'ala anhu) who was already around, sat beside her and bowed deeply and Jibril
(alayhisalam) - An Angel, turned his face back.
"Am I repugnant to you that you turn your face back, O
Jibril?"(alayhisalam) Rasulullah(sullalahu alayhi wassalam)
asked the Deliverer of
Wahy.
'Nobody will want to see the Habibullah in his
condition of sakaratul
maut, not even for second' Jibril(alayhisalam) replied.
Since the process of Rasulullah's(sullalahu alayhi wassalam) skaratul maut wasn't over yet, he managed to utter a groan because of unbearable pain.
He said; "O ALLAH, how great is this sakaratul maut.
Give me all the pains, don't give it to my people."
The Prophet's (PBUH) body turned out to be cold, his feet and chest gave no sound and did not move anymore, his lips
vibrated very hard as if he wanted to say something, Ali (radhi allahu
ta'ala anhu) quickly took his ear close to Rasulullah(sullahu alayhi
wassalam).
Finally, the Prophet (PBUH) was about to make his last utterance but before then he said to Ali (radhi allahu ta'ala anhu);
Uushiikum bis shalati, wa maa malakat aimanuku;` - take
care of the saalat and take good care of the weak people among
you."
Right outside the Prophet's (PBUH) room, there were cries, mourn, and people shouting at each other,
The sahabahs held each other tight,
Fatimah (radhi allahu ta'alaanha) closed her face with her
hands and, again, Ali (radhi allahu ta'ala anhu) took his ear
close to Rasulullah's mouth which became bluish, when he finally uttered his last statement, saying;
`"Ummatii, ummatii, ummatii... - My people, my people, my
people."
And the life of the noble man ended.
Is it possible we love each other like him?
Now open your two palms(hands) an recite;
الهم صلهل مهمد، وبرك وسلم، الهء.Transliteration
Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa baarik wa salim 'alaihi.
How deep is Rasulullah's (sollalahu alayhi wassalam) love to us?
Few Advice to Muslims reading this post.
As soon as you hear the adhan, get up immediately to offer Solat just as you get up when your alarm rings and you're late for work.
Read the Holy Qur'an occasionally, read it carefully, like you read your handouts during exam period.
Fear Almighty Allah (SWT), like you fear death.
Always Remember that you'll also be dead someday, just like you remember to eat everyday.
It doesn't take so much time to observe your Solat.
"FAJR" 5/8 Minutes
"ZUHR" 6/10 Minutes
"ASRI" 6/10 Minutes
"MAGHRIB" 5/7 Minutes
"ISHAA" 7/10 Minutes
Total 34/45 Minutes per day out of 24hours!
All the hours you spend out of a day to observe Solat, is not up to one hour and we have twenty four(24) hours... So why do make excuses when we don't pray..
Change your ways and emulate the Prophet (PBUH).
