A Personal Relationship with God
I've always been somewhat skeptical about what people told me in regards to their MOST IMPORTANT relationship (i.e. with God). When asked if they can describe this relationship or explain it, they simply cannot, other than to give a few examples of a relationship that resemble nothing like a relationship. Not sure why they believe what they believe; I assume they've simply been indoctrinated by the corporate church institution. I think this quick video addresses the issue very well.
