What the word do to us when we read it

Good day everyone, today I am going to discuss the fruitfulness of studying God's word. When we read God's word, what we see in it is a reflection of our spiritual being. The word of God gives us a reflection of our inner man. It gives us a clear picture of our spiritual being.

Just as a mirror gives us a different reflection every time we look into it depending on our appearance at that time, so also God's word reflects back to us something different anytime we study it, depending on our spiritual need. Therefore we cannot be tired of reading God's Word because it is there to help us see clearly and to proffer solutions to our problems.

We are not only expected to see our reflection when we read God's word, we are also expected to do something about it. As the mirror helps us to see our physical defects so we can make adjustments and corrections, we are also expected to do something about what God's word shows us concerning our spitual being.
