Christian chains 🙏 ➡️ 🙌
Ever thought about how limited our views of the universe and cosmology are, with regard to religious beliefs still beeing dominant in our society? Well than, just two small snacks for thought:
The hypothesis of a "BIG BANG" was firstly proposed by Georges Lemaître, a Belgian Catholic priest, mathematician and astronomer. He was calling it the "hypothesis of the primeval atom" and later calling it "the beginning of the world". Sounds cool, but how do we know, this theory is not limited by Christian beliefs, wanting to prove a divine power, kicking our cosmos to movement? 🤔 Maybe that theory is nothing else than a psychological exculpation of not finding God above our clouds, or behind our sun.
And the other interesting topic is our way of waiting or searching for possible ALIEN LIFE. Maybe we are doing it still like waiting for the second arrival of Jesus? Why do we think, the meeting will happen in the future and has not happend already? It could be, that somewhere else in the universe, there are other creatures, waiting for us to come and to help them improving their technology. And could a possible future contact crash our views of the reality even more, than we are prepared to? 👽
Well, there is just one possibility of preparing for that:
By trying to root out, our still deeply chained egocentrism, as it has already happen in the past...
- The Earth is NOT the only thing in the Universe.
- The Earth is NOT even the centre of our Solar System.
- Our Solar System is NOT the centre of our galaxy
And maybe: - Our galaxy is even NOT our galaxy...
- Earthlings and especially humans are NOT unique...
- The Big Bang was neither unique, nor "the beginning"...
