We Caught The Stress Bug
Lately, we've been doing the opposite of what we're supposed to be doing while in Mexico. Mexico is known for its laid-back culture and prioritizing leisure, friends, and family over work whenever possible. It seems that "success" isn't so much determined by how much money you make, but rather, how much quality time you spend with family and friends.
Lately, it's been work, work, work, work, work, and we've had almost no time to relax. We felt like we were becoming pretty stressed out trying to appeal to YouTube's algorithms.
Put out a video high-quality, engaging video every single day. The video must be at least 10 minutes long. Write captions for your video. Choose the right title, pick the best tags, write a thorough video description. You need to respond to every comment. You need to watch other YouTuber's videos and engage with them. You need to carefully monitor analytics, run A/B tests, and optimize everything! Do it now!
The lists of tasks we need to do for every single video is seemingly endless. We're trying to grow our YouTube channel, so we want to do everything we can to appeal to the Tube Troll and make that happen, but it's starting to become at the expense of our sanity.
So, in this video, we decided to take it easy and make a video about ways to de-stress on the cheap. Take that, Tube Troll!

Social media is awesome but we all need a break from it once in a while and that goes with working even when we are enjoying it, but it can totally drain our bodies and mind, so take a break and enjoy you guys.
Did you actually train Laska to join in with downward dog or did she magically "just know" that was her cue..?

It's good that you realize you need to relax. Many people just work and work and work until it's too late and they end up with health issues.
